Why Anglo?

Anglo had started out as a private home nursing service provider before shifting its focus towards providing live-in caregivers in response to the need for qualified, affordable long-term home care for families.

There was a need for live-in caregivers with the experience, skills and language abilities to communicate with the elderly. Beyond caregiving skills and abilities, what was felt as important for Anglo caregivers, was having the patience and possessing a positive attitude towards caring for the elderly.
Anglo Caregivers-Why Choose Anglo?

We carefully select for caregivers so they may provide your elderly parent with the quality home care they deserve.

Anglo Caregivers-We look out for positive attitude towards caregiving in our caregivers

Positive Attitude for Caregiving

We select for caregivers who have completed 1 or multiple contracts in nursing homes or in the elderly's home.

Multiple sources for verification where possible including their employment records in Singapore from MOM portal, arrival and departure stamps, employment certificates or employer feedback.

We continuously screen out caregivers throughout the application and interview process, filtering out caregivers whose professionalism and behaviours fall short of our caregiver standards.

Quality, Carefully Selected Caregivers

It would have been easy for us to accept every caregiver with a certificate. We believe what makes a good caregiver goes beyond paper qualifications or training - it is having the real-world, practical experience and a positive attitude towards care for the needy that truly matters to families.
