Rojanah would first try to calm him down by speaking gently. If the elderly continued to have a tantrum, she would call the employer to speak with the elderly. After talking with the employer, the elderly would calm down and go back to sleep.

  • The elderly would have mood swings frequently. The elderly would like to go out every day, but the employer instructed Rohani not to take the elderly outside daily. Rohani adhered to the employer's instructions and kindly spoke to the elderly individual to help calm her down.

The elderly wandered out by herself while Elly was cooking for the family. Her employer and Elly looked for the elderly for half a day before finding her in the police station. After this incident, her employer told her that she did not need to cook anymore and to constantly keep an eye on the elderly instead.
  • The elderly would wake up at night, could not sleep and ask to go outside in the middle of the night. She would have to inform her employer and her employer would pass her the sleep medications to give to the elderly. The elderly would then go back to sleep after taking the medication.
