We were introduced to Anglo via a friend, who had employed helpers from Anglo to care for their elderly grandparents. Anglo has been nothing short of being helpful and empathetic as they talked to us, to understand what are the areas we need help in, and then sending portfolios of helpers matching our needs. We are pleasantly surprised to see that all the helpers have a certain degree of medical background and experience, and this is very helpful especially in terms of administering medications and knowing what to look out for in elderly health conditions and how to monitor elderly health conditions. It's very helpful also that there's Chinese speaking helpers available. This makes the caring process for the elderly more comfortable without having to work through language barriers. We encountered some administrative setbacks during the hiring process, but Anglo stood by us and assisted us in resolving the administrative matters. They have been very supportive in our journey. Eventually we managed to hire Rina Diana from them, and she's been lovely to have, a great help and relief for us all. When we have to end her employment prematurely as MIL's condition worsens and can no longer be cared for at home, Anglo talked and walked us through the process. We are sad to let Rina go, but we know it's for the good of everyone in this situation. Rina not only took care of MIL, but when my kids go over to visit, she always welcomed them with such warm welcoming and will strike small conversations with them. We wish her nothing but the very best. We will miss having her at home, with her easygoing and warm demeanor. We will definitely recommend Anglo to anyone who is looking for helper to assist in caring for the elderly at home. In fact as we talked with more friends about our situation, we found out that quite a number of our friends have helpers from Anglo caring for their parents, and the feedback we gathered from these friends have been all praises for the helpers that they have , and for how supportive and helpful Anglo has been. Thank you Vincent and team for upkeeping the standards of helpers that you bring in through these years, and for the understanding and empathy that you and your team have shown to us and our friends and their families.
