  • The elderly would sometimes forget that she had already showered and would ask to shower again. Lilik would explain to her patiently that she had already showered but the elderly did not believe her and insisted on showering. She would get angry if Lilik did not help her. Instead of defying her, which would make her more angry, Lilik would follow through assist her accordingly, sometimes up to 4 times a day.
  • Occasionally, the elderly would have mood swings and would scold or hit Lilik without any reason. Lilik would speak to her kindly and ask her not to hit. Sometimes, the elderly woman would calm down and stop. Other times, she would not listen and Lilik would step aside for awhile to give her space to calm down. Afterwards, the elderly would be fine.
  • The elderly would forget her own children. Lilik would re-introduce the children to the elderly. The elderly would be fine.

Instead, Lia would do a short shower (pretending to shower her briefly) and after a while the elderly would be fine.
