Throughout the application and interview process, we continuously evaluate caregivers for patience and positive attitude towards caring for the elderly. This is done through various sources including but not limited to their employment histories, interview etiquette, past behaviours on how they handled the elderly or difficulty incidents that happened at home.
Caregivers undergo a pre-employment medical examination in their home countries and are passed as fit for work.
