The elderly would feel enticed and shower accordingly. However, if the elderly still refused, Eni would use a damp cloth to clean her and then dress her in new clothes.
  • The elderly would have mood swings frequently. She would scold Eni when she was upset. Sometimes the elderly would get angry when her daughter did not allow her to go downstairs as the weather was hot, would cause her blood pressure would go up and could not go for dialysis. Eni would coax her, saying that they would go later in the afternoon when it was not as hot. Sometimes the elderly would also be in a bad mood because she did not want to go dialysis. Eni would coax her, saying that if she went for dialysis, her body would be good and then the next day they could go to eat something and go shopping. The elderly would listen her and go for her dialysis.

  • The elderly had a tendency to wander outside by herself and would not how to come home. There was one incident when the elderly’s family came home for a gathering. The elderly wandered out by herself while Elly was cooking for the family. Her employer and Elly looked for the elderly for half a day before finding her in the police station. After this incident, her employer told her that she did not need to cook anymore and to constantly keep an eye on the elderly instead.
  • The elderly would wake up at night, could not sleep and ask to go outside in the middle of the night. She would have to inform her employer and her employer would pass her the sleep medications to give to the elderly. The elderly would then go back to sleep after taking the medication.
