- Cared for a wheelchair-bound 89-year-old lady with dementia and stroke. The elderly weighed 72kg.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering (once every 2 days together with employer), sponging, changing diapers (including at night), dressing, feeding, transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa, turning & positioning (including at night).
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the change diapers and turn and position.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises.
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would forget if she had taken her medicine and would be reluctant to take it. Lilik would wait for a while before asking again. The elderly would have forgotten about her reluctance and take the medicine accordingly.
- The elderly would refuse to shower because she felt cold. Lilik would talk to her slowly to coax her to shower. Sometimes, the elderly would shower after some coaxing. But sometimes, she would still be reluctant to shower and Lilik would sponge and wipe her body instead.
- Sometimes the elderly would feel lonely and down as she wanted company and missed her child (Lilik's employer). Lilik would comfort her, explaining nicely that her employer needed to work and Lilik was there to keep her company and take care of her.
- The elderly would have mood swings without reason and would scold Lilik. Sometimes she would pinch Lilik. Lilik understood that it was due to the elderly's medical condition and did not take it to heart. She would still talk to the elderly nicely to calm her down.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away and returned home.

- Assisted in walking with walking stick sometimes. Used a wheelchair when going outside.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting (including at night), changing diapers (at night), dressing, feeding, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting (elderly prefer to go toilet) and change diapers.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Finished contract and returned home.

- Assisted in exercises.
- The elderly person would get angry sometimes. Lilik would talk to the elderly nicely. She would ask her if it was because she did not like Lilik so she was angry with her. The elderly would respond saying no and after Lilik talked to her nice, the elderly would feel better.
- Served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away and returned home.
