- Cared for a wheelchair-bound 80-year-old lady with stroke and mild dementia. The elderly weighed 80kg.
- The elderly had bedsore on her back when Mega first started taking care of the elderly.
- Basic wound care for bedsores.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting, changing diapers (only at night), dressing, feeding, transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa.
- The elderly used a toilet commode for showering and toileting.
- Shared a room with the elderly. She did not need to wake up at night to assist the elderly.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would forget if she had eaten and ask to eat again. Mega would take photo of the elderly when she was eating and show the photo to remind her that she had already eaten.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- The elderly went for chest surgery after 2 years from the time Mega started taking care of her. Mega assisted with the recovery process by following the instructions given by the doctor on how to clean the wound daily.
- Performed housework and cooking.
- Mega finished her initial 2 years of contract and renewed her contract for another 2 years as the employer liked her and she liked taking care of the elderly as well.
- Employer stopped working so he could take care of the elderly and did not require Mega’s help. Hence, she finished the contract and returned back home.

- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting, dressing, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to bring the elderly to go toilet.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would forget if she had eaten and ask to eat again. Mega would take photo of the elderly when she was eating and show it to the elderly, reminding her that she had already eaten.
- The elderly would refuse to shower. Mega would explain to her that if she doesn’t take a shower, she would not smell good. Mega would also explain to her that if she did not shower, the elderly’s children would not be happy to see her and that if she showered, her children will be pleased to see and hug her. The elderly would then agree to shower.
- The elderly would ask to go outside in the middle of the night. Mega would explain to her that it is night time and would bring her down when she wakes up in the morning the next day. Mega would then coax the elderly to go back to sleep.
- The elderly would forget where she has placed her items. Mega would take photo of her items and send it to her employer. Mega would show the photo to the elderly as well to remind her of the location of the item and that she will pass the elderly’s item to the employer.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework
- The elderly was hospitalised for the last 3 weeks. Mega would go to the hospital in the morning from 8am to take care of the elderly by feeding and changing diapers until 7pm at night.
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away in the hospital. She finished her contract and was then transferred to a new employer.

- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting, changing diapers (only at night), dressing, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Elderly required to use toilet commode for showering and toileting. Mega would assist the elderly to sit on the commode in the toilet.
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to change diapers.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would refuse to shower. Mega would explain to her that if she doesn’t take a shower, she would not smell good.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework and cooking.
- Elderly was hospitalised for the last 1 week. Mega accompanied the elderly during the 1 week to assist her with daily activities such as feeding and changing diapers (including at night).
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away.
