- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering (in the last 2 to 3 months), toileting (waited outside, elderly preferred to go toilet even with diapers on, elderly used urine bottle in the last 2 to 3 months), changing diapers (including at night), dressing, feeding, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting (used urine bottle in the last 2 to 3 months) and change diapers (in the last 1 to 2 weeks).
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away.

- Cared for a 64-year-old man with a chronic, severe muscle weakness condition. The senior weighed 80kg.
- Mahardika needed to follow a strict medication regime, where medication needed to be administered to the senior every 4 hours, 4 to 5 times a day to manage his muscular weakness condition. Without medication, his muscles would be limp, needed assistance with walking, used a walking stick and needed assistance in all his Activities of Daily Living. With medication, sometimes his condition would improve and he may be independent. But sometimes, even with medication, he would still need assistance with walking using a walking stick, used a wheelchair when going outside and needed help with his Activities of Daily Living.
- Administered enema.
- When his muscles were wear, she assisted in his Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting including showering, toileting (used urine bottle at night), changing diapers (when going outside), dressing, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Shared a room with the senior. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting (used urine bottle).
- Brought the senior out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Finished contract and returned home.

- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering (after 3 years of care), toileting (elderly preferred to go toilet even with diapers on), changing diapers (including at night), dressing, getting into and out of bed (after 3 years of care).
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting and change diapers.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would forget if he had eaten and ask to eat again. Mahardika would give him something small to eat and he would be fine.
- The elderly would ask to go outside in the middle of the night. Mahardika would explain to him that it is night time and coax to go back to sleep.
- The elderly would forget that he had already showered and ask to shower again. Mahardika would explain to him that he had already showered and changed clothes and he would be fine.
- The elderly would forget if he had already gone marketing and ask to go again. Mahardika would explain to him slowly that they had went and he would be fine.
