- Cared for an 89-year-old man with stroke, diabetes and eyesight impairment.
- Assisted in using a wheelchair (commode) when at home or going outside. Used walking frame when exercise.
- NGT feeding, Suctioning (oral).
- Gave injections and monitored blood glucose levels.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting (commode), changing diapers (only at night), dressing, feeding, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to change diapers.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises and massaged the elderly.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework and cooking.
- Siti wanted to go for home leave for 2 weeks as she did not take any leave when she renewed her contract, but employer did not allow as there would be nobody else to take care of the elderly. Hence employer replaced her with another caregiver.

- Gave injections and monitored blood glucose levels.
- Basic wound care for wound at the back of elderly’s ear due to oxygen tube.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, changing diapers (including at night), dressing, feeding, transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa, turning & positioning (including at night).
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to change diapers and turn & position.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
- Performed housework and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until he passed away.

- Slept in separate room from the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises and massaged the elderly.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments by herself.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- The elderly moved to Malaysia to stay with his son. Hence, Siti was transferred to a new employer.

- Assisted in walking with walking frame. Used a wheelchair when going outside.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, changing diapers (including at night), dressing, feeding, walking, getting into and out of bed.
- Slept in separate room from the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to change diapers.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments by herself, sometimes with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- The elderly’s condition got worsen and was hospitalised for 1 month. Siti would go to the hospital every day from 1pm to 6pm to assist the elderly in sponging, changing diapers and assist in NGT feeding.
- Cared for the elderly until he passed away after 9 months. Siti continued to take care of the elderly’s wife.
- Continued to care for the elderly’s 88-year-old wife with asthma and had a fall previously.
- Assisted in walking with walking frame. Used a wheelchair when going outside.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering & toileting (would wait outside), dressing, walking.
- Slept in separate room from the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting (used commode in her room)
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with herself, sometimes with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- The elderly’s daughter wanted to take care of her mother by herself. Hence, Siti did not renew her contract and returned home.
