- Cared for an 87-year-old man with heart condition and low red blood cells count. The elderly weighed 60+kg.
- Assisted in walking with walking frame. Used a wheelchair when going outside.
- Gave injections (once a month for low RBC)
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, toileting (in the first 1 year 9 months), changing diapers (including at night), dressing, walking, getting into and out of bed, feeding, turning and positioning (in last 3 months when condition worsened).
- The elderly shared a room with his wife and hence she slept in a separate room. His wife would assist him at night as he preferred his wife to care for him at night.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments by herself (if go polyclinic) and with employer (if go TTSH).
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until he passed away.

- Gave injections and monitored blood glucose levels.
- Basic wound care for bedsore (when she first started taking care of her, took care of it until it recovered 1 year later) and wound on right foot (son carried her and knocked on something).
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, changing diapers (including at night), dressing, feeding, transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa, turning & positioning (including at night).
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go change diapers, turn and position.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would forget if she had eaten and ask to eat again. Winarsih would tell her that she had already eaten but if she said she is still hungry, she would give her something small.
- The elderly would keep talking in the middle of the night and refuse to sleep. Winarsih would accompany her until she got tired and fell asleep herself.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments by herself and with employer.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away. Finished contract and returned home.

- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up at night to assist the elderly to go toileting (using commode), turn and position.
- Brought the elderly out to get some sun.
- Assisted in ROM exercises.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer.
